Who We Are
We are a coalition that prioritizes eliminating disparities in hypertension control through dialogue, partnership, evidence and innovation.
Our Coalition
The National Hypertension Control Roundtable (HTN Roundtable) is a group of public, private, and volunteer organizations unified to eliminate disparities in hypertension control and improve control rates in the U.S.
We bring together employers, providers, health insurers, public health organizations, and other key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive approach to improving hypertension control rates and reducing disparities.
The expertise from our members drives our mission through creating new partnerships, sharing best practices, and uplifting national efforts. The HTN Roundtable is supported by the CDC Foundation in partnership with the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors.
